The Washington, DC area Metro service is outstanding. The service is reliable and easy to use. Folks in the DC area use the Metro for commuting back and forth to work. Tourists use the DC Metro because of it's simplicity and easy access.
The closest Metro stop to the Doubletree Crystal City is called "Pentagon City" on the yellow line and the blue line. The hotel offers a shuttle service back and forth to the metro stop.
The conference hotel also offers complimentary shuttle service back and forth to Reagan National Airport. You can also take the yellow line metro from the airport to the hotel.
