There will be three type of exhibits going on during the conference:

1. Our Heroes' Exhibit
2. MarineParents.com Displays
3. Vendor Exhibits

Our Heroes' Exhibit will be set up in the main ballroom for the duration of both the pre-conference and the conference. This is our annual display of photos we share of our Marines. The exhibit includes special sections to honor our Fallen Heroes.

Each year the display gets larger. In 2007 the display spanned 24 feet of tables with photos on both sides of the presentation board. It was absolutely incredible and a true joy to finally "see" one another's Marines and family members.

If you would like to submit a photo to share in this display, please send it attached to an email to Volunteer.LindaD@MarineParents.com. Please include a caption, your name, and your Marine's name in the email. You do not have to attend the conference to submit a photo for the Heroes' Exhibit.

Guidelines for submitting photos:

• all photos need to be submitted by Friday, April 4, 2008
• preferred format is 5x7 prints
• preferred delivery is via US Mail
• photos up to 8x10 will be accepted
• you can submit up to 3 photos of your Marine and family
• notes or captions should be written on the back of the photo
• photos become property of MarineParents.com, Inc. and may be used at other events

The MarineParents.com Displays for our Outreach Projects will be available in the main ballroom for the duration of both the pre-conference and the conference.

We have several vendors who have contacted us to set up exhibits on Saturday during the general sessions. These exhibits will be available from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Saturday.
